Mail Order Refund Policy
• If you do not receive your mail order, please email us to inquire about your order status.
• If there is a quality issue with your delivery, email a photo and description of the issue within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you further. If your produce arrives in unsatisfactory condition, we will ship you a replacement box as our first course of action.
• Georgia Peach Truck is not responsible for shipping issues related to addresses typed incorrectly during checkout. Please double check your shipment address in the order confirmation automatically emailed from orders@georgiapeachtruck.com. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder. If it is not in your inbox or spam/junk folder, email us to assist you further.
What to Expect After Ordering
• An automated confirmation will be emailed from orders@georgiapeachtruck.com. If you do not receive a confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.
• Reminder emails will be sent one week as well as one day away from your shipment week. Be sure your email address is correct in your confirmation email.
• Packages are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays of shipment weeks. An automated email with your tracking number will be sent at the beginning of the week of your delivery. Your tracking information will update once UPS receives your package. We cannot guarantee shipment delivery dates.
• Open your package promptly, and properly store your products upon arrival to ensure optimal quality.

Product Availability
• Pecans, pecan logs, and merchandise are available for mail order year round.
• Apples will be available for mail order at the end of October 2025 through November 2025.
• Kishus and combo boxes will be available for mail order in December 2025.
• Shiranuis will be available for mail order in January 2026.
